Annual maintenance contracts
Keep tomorrow in the plan.
Turn individual maintenance requirements into an organized agreement. Define what is covered, when it is inspected and how findings are reported.
COMMERCIAL FOCUS. PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS.Maintenance with a framework
A contract shaped around your building.
A useful AMC starts with the actual equipment, conditions and working patterns of your site. We review priorities and prepare a scope that distinguishes planned tasks from separately approved repairs.
- Asset coverage: identify included equipment and locations
- Inspection scheduling: agree visit frequency and access windows
- Task definitions: document checks, cleaning and servicing boundaries
- Reporting: record findings, work completed and follow-up recommendations
- Commercial clarity: state consumables, parts, exclusions and approval processes
